How can you make your student visa profile stronger?
Organize all your documents in one folder, preferably on the cloud:
This is a highly underrated way of working and we cannot stress this enough- GET YOUR SH!T TOGETHER. Ensure that all your documents are properly labeled, professionally scanned, and under the 3-5 Mb size limit (if that is a requirement).
Go with a checklist:
Procure the visa document checklist from your agency or make one yourself. You can also use the general checklist here. Keep checking items off the list as you organize them into different folders.
All information provided should be authentic:
Please ensure that all information you provide in your file (work experience, academic records, GAP explanation, finances, and more) are authentic and verifiable. Notarize legal documents and do not add any information that does not pertain to you.
Get your academic documents verified by WES:
For students going to American/Canadian Universities, WES is generally a requirement and it can take anywhere between a few days to a few weeks to come through. Check your university's requirements and apply for the same beforehand. It will save you time, energy, and stress later.Cost-

Your motivation letter was too general and/or not compelling enough:
Your motivation letter, like your statement of purpose, is a very important document. The mistake most students make is not writing one themselves and even if they do, not following a good writing structure. You can fill the below form and get it on your email & use that format to write a good visa letter.

Your finances are not consolidated:
Be clear about who sponsors you- Yourself, your Parents, extended family, or a bank loan. Ensure that you have their financial statements for the last 3 months and their ITRs for the last 3 years.The money shown should be more than 1 year of your tuition fees and living expenses.
Your chosen course is irrelevant to your academic/professional background:
